Job description

Grow is looking to update our freelance roster, and seeking freelance creatives, developers, strategists, and producers to create best-in-class digital experiences and platforms. We're specifically looking for the following roles:


  • UX strategy
  • UX design
  • Design
  • Design Directors
  • Creative Directors
  • Senior Producers / EPs
  • Front End Developers and/or Full Stack Developers

Job requirements

  • Prior experience working on digital experiences or platforms required, with experience ranging from mid-level and above. 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
